PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The following personal information is processed: name, telephone number and e-mail address; service related data, customer support information. Personal data is used for communication between the subscriber and the service provider.

Project history data (date, price, deadline, customer details) are used to compile a service overview and analyze customer preferences.

The bank account number is used to pay out the service provider.

Personal information such as email, phone number, customer name, is processed to resolve service related issues (customer support).

LEGAL BASIS

The processing of personal data is performed for the purpose of performance of the contract with the client. Processing of personal data takes place in order to comply with a legal obligation (eg accounting and dispute settlement).

PERSONAL DATA TRANSMISSION

Personal information is transmitted to the platform for customer support services and project history management and customer problem solving.

Personal data may be passed on to IT service providers if this is necessary to ensure platform functionality or data storage.

SECURITY AND DATA ACCESS

Personal data is stored on zone.ee servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or the countries of the European Economic Area. The data may be forwarded to countries whose data protection level has been assessed by the European Commission to be adequate for US companies that are members of the Privacy Shield framework.

Access to personal data is a platform for staff who can access personal information in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the service and provide customer support services.

The platform implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.

Authorized processors are required to ensure appropriate safeguards in the processing of personal data.

PERSONAL DATA IMPROVEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT

Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the user profile of the platform.

STORAGE

When closing a platform client account, personal data will be erased, unless such data is required to be kept for accounting or for resolving consumer disputes.

In the event of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be retained until the claim is executed or the expiry of the limitation period.

The personal data necessary for accounting purposes will be kept for seven years.

DELAY

To delete personal information, contact customer support by email. The request for deletion will be answered no later than a month and the deadline for the deletion of the data will be specified.

TRANSFER

An application for transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered no later than within a month. Customer Support identifies identity and personal information that is subject to transfer.

DISCOUNT TITLES

The e-mail address and telephone number are used to send direct marketing messages, provided the customer has given his consent. If the customer does not want to receive direct marketing notices, please select the appropriate reference in the footnote of the email or contact customer support.

When personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer is entitled to object at any time to his personal data, both for initial and further processing, including for direct marketing analysis, by giving notice of customer support by e-mail (this information must be clearly and individually provided from any other information) . Mingelston OÜ is the controller for personal data.

Pixels are small platform code snippets that allow cookies on websites to be read and installed. They start when the user opens an email or arrives at the website, then downloads third-party cookies or registers that the user has opened an email.

We collect and analyze anonymous web statistics on how users navigate the website. We do this by using Google Analytics software, which analyzes the data as anonymous and does not collect or process personal information.
